Log message:
	On Linux, clock_gettime() requires linking with the librt library,
	hence conditionally add this library to the list of libraries
	to link with.
	
	Note that we must do this before AC_CHECK_FUNCS([clock_gettime]),
	otherwise the check for clock_gettime() will fail.
