Log message:
	Fix a long configuration delay when using xorpsh
	in non-interactive mode (e.g., "cat commands.txt | xorpsh").
	
	The work-around uses delay timer of 10ms to schedule the (periodic)
	execution of CliClient::process_input_data if there is pending input
	data.
