Log message:
	Change/fix the EtherMac default constructor so the default EtherMac
	value is Mac::ZERO() instead of an empty string.
	The empty string is an invalid EtherMac address, and the EtherMac is
	assumed that it always contains a valid address.
	
	The corresponding test cases are fixed as well.
