Log message:
	* Bug fix when processing discard routes.
	
	* Remove XLOG_ERROR() message if the discard interface for a blackhole
	  route is not found. This error message was printed even in cases
	  when it shouldn't such as starting XORP with an empty interface
	  configuration: the error was printed when some of the kernel routes
	  couldn't be mapped to a configured interface.
