Log message:
	* Set the "soft" flag (again) for interfaces that are emulated
	  in the second IfTree loop inside push_config().
	  This is a work-around and fixes a potential bug in case some of the
	  push_*() methods call pull_config() and destroy the previously set
	  "soft" flag.
	
	* Add a comment about excessive calls of pull_config().
