Thanks. I was trying to get this killed off quickly so I did it in an Hg 
branch w/o checking it in, and it looks like I forgot to "hg add" those 
files to the pending changes.

FWIW the auto-generated stuff gets the correct dependency graph 
treatment in the Boost.BuildV2 fork. In Jam it still has to be 
referenced from the xrl/targets directory.
