Log message:
	Added "disable_check_xxx" configuration option:
	if it is set to "yes", then "gmake check" won't be run.
	
	This option is needed for running tinderbox instance with
	cross-compilation setup, simply because we cannot run the
	result binaries on the platform with the cross compilation tools.
