Log message:
	Bug fix that prevented running IPv6 multicast routing protocols
	on KAME-derived BSD kernels.
	
	Add a hack to make it appear that the PIM Register vif has a valid
	physical interface index.
	This is needed to pass a requirement inside the KAME-derived
	IPv6 BSD kernel.
