	Internal IfTree refactoring:
	* The IfTreeInterface container now has a reference to its parent
	  IfTree (i.e., the one it belongs to).
	
	* The IfTreeVif container now has a reference to its parent
	  IfTreeInterface (i.e., the one it belongs to).
	
	* Minor kdoc fixes.
