I still think we should rewrite the snmp module to be an AgentX based 
sub-agent process, and to act as a "generic thunk" between XRL and SNMP.

A 1:1 mapping of SNMP OIDs to XRLs isn't always possible, though. If we 
can do that programattically in some places and manually in others that 
would help.
