Log message:
	Fix bug 812.
	
	In the CLI command to show the RIB administrative distance, we used 2 keywords: 'distance' and 'distances'. The RIB administrative distance keyword is now consolidated to just use 'distance'. The command to show RIB administrative distance is now just 'show route admin distance'.
	
	Also, I have updated the release notes, under the RIB heading to call out this change in the CLI.
