Log message:
	delay updates on client side.  This is useful for batching multiple updates that
	come one right after the other.  For example when changing MAC on linux, you
	bring the interface down and then up.  Sometimes we just want an update saying
	"MAC changed" rather than: "interface down", "mac change", "interface up".
	Especially when iface up/down events trigger a mac change =D.
	
	Perhaps we should handle such batching on the server side if people think it
	could be useful.
