Log message:
	Bug fix when the Cand-BSR information is reconfigured/updated:
	copy _my_bsr_addr/_my_bsr_priority to _bsr_addr/_bsr_priority,
	because _bsr_addr/_bsr_priority are needed/used when configuration
	BsrZone is copied to an active BsrZone.
	
	This fix is follow-up for the fix in Bugzilla entry #803.
