[Xorp-hackers] HEADS UP: ./configure flag name change

By users' request (and because it is the right thing to do), I have
replaced the ./configure flag --enable-advanced-mcast-api with
--disable-advanced-multicast-api
(note the change in the polarity of the flag AND in the name).

Previously, the --enable-advanced-mcast-api flag attempted to enable
the so-called advanced multicast API in the kernel (for multicast
routing purpose), but only if the kernel really supports it.

Now the default behavior is that the advanced multicast API will be
used if the kernel supports it (auto-detected), but the new flag
--disable-advanced-multicast-api can be used to explicitly disable
the new API.
