[Xorp-hackers] Counter application

I don't know how I do it, but somehow I always messes up URLs!
The correct one is: 
http://skalman.juniks.net/~ply/xorp/gruc-0.1.1.tar.gz

I'm currently working on 64 bit counters - the current lack of it makes the
program almost useless IMHO.
