Well. Sort of. I guess if you created a policy which tagged routes from
a given AS in the RIB and mapped them to a discard interface it may do
what you want here.
I added the discard interface support many months ago in XORP to deal with
OSPF's aggregation mechanisms. It uses the RTF_BLACKHOLE flag on both
FreeBSD and Linux.
There is some IPFilter support in XORP too, but the filtering policy
interface is still ongoing work.
