Possible completions:
  <[Enter]>       Execute this command
  TID             -- no help available --
  interface       Configure a network interface
  restore-original-config-on-shutdown Restore original configuration on shutdown
  targetname      Set the target name
  {               enter text on multiple lines
XORP# create interfaces  

TID = transaction ID, right?
but what is it doing there?
testing stuff or can we actually something with it?
