[Xorp-hackers] Patch to add method ConfigTreeNode::set_operator_without_verification(...)

Hi Pavlin,

Recently I added operator support to xgdaemon, and so I added method 
ConfigTreeNode::set_operator_without_verification(...) which is to operators 
what ConfigTreeNode::set_value_without_verification(...) is to values.

Please consider this patch for inclusion into XORP.
