[Xorp-hackers] Mercurial mirror of the XORP CVS repository

Due to moving inhouse development into Mercurial source control management 
system, I made upstream repository mirrors, which are managed by me, 
publicly available. This includes XORP CVS repository.

Mirror is available at http://hg.estpak.ee/mirrors/xorp and is updated 
every three hours.
