Pardon for replying to a directed mail..
there is no code checked in for ISIS and if I recall correctly (can't 
find the page on the xorp site) ISIS support was to be included in XORP 
1.5 which is scheduled for release in October. I'd say it's gonna run a 
bit late ;)
Looking at recent CVS commits it seems most work is done on internal 
socket handling and the alike right now.

I would love to see someone with the expertise to work on this and the 
XORP project is in strong need of more supporters/developers :)
I would be very willing to help out testing your code and contributing 
in anyway I can (though I'm a lousy coder).. :)
