[Xorp-hackers] Generating the XRL interface

If I run "./bootstrap", "./configure" and make, "make" directly
fails with "libtool: unrecognized option `--tag=CC'". If I replace
libtool of xorp/ by the one of my OS, "make" fails later with "libtool: link: `xrl_tokens.lo' is not a valid libtool object".
