[Xorp-hackers] Bug 234 (DelayValidation & slow xorpsh commands)

This bug is quite old, but I still see the DelayValidation logic found 
in the
module_command.cc

Any clues on what sorts of things need to be changed to get rid of this
and put in proper status_methods?  I'm interested primarily in OSPF, static
routes, and interface handling (if it's a per-module issue).
