This look good.  I can't notice any big difference in CPU from my hash
implementation, and from a brief look at the new code, it seems you managed
a cleaner implementation that I had :)

In the last test, all 30 of my virtual routers, with some 600 (virtual) 
interfaces
in the machine total, all came up and negotiated OSPF to the 'Full' State.

I need to do some more testing with dynamic changes, but certainly this
is progress!
