[Xorp-hackers] What will happen to the bug reports

Our plan is to manually transcribe the open bug reports from Bugzilla
to Trac.

This looks like an error in the redirect.  The intent was for all URLs
starting with http://bugzilla.xorp.org/... to redirect to
https://sourceforge.net/apps/trac .
