[Xorp-hackers] HEADS UP: Boost changes going in.

Hi all,

I'm checking in the Boost changes now to SVN trunk.

These are mostly non-functional or stylistic changes, or changes to 
various debugging assertions in the code.
This includes using boost::noncopyable, and boost::polymorphic_cast<T>.

The only exception to this, is the change which switches to using 
Boost's regex implementation.

XORP now depends upon having Boost installed; pcre is no longer required.
