[Xorp-hackers] I've merged my xorp.ct tree with upstream.

I fixed conflicts with upstream and got OLSR building again.

At this point, all I can say is that it builds...hopefully will get some
time to play with it soon.

Bruce:  If you are interested in merging my tree in, or parts of it,
I'll be happy to start sending patches for sub-sections after I get
some testing completed.
