Not 100% sure how to hook that up into SCons' runtime space, but it 
looks like the right fix.

This is mostly done, for the installed case. Running from BUILDDIR, is 
still outstanding.
I'm hands dirty with xorpsh now.

I may not find time to deal with running from BUILDDIR today.
