It sounds like what you are trying to do is more specific to Click than
it is to XORP. In the XORP model, the FEA process must run on the node
which is forwarding.
It may well be possible to run Click on a separate node from the FEA
process itself, but I can't offer any support on how to do this, nor
offer any advice. Perhaps someone on the Click mailing list can better
help you with your question?
