[Xorp-hackers] How to go about doing an official release?

I've just updated the docs and release notes to version 1.7
instead of 1.7-WIP.

I think that we are ready to attempt an official 1.7 release.

At a minimum, I think we should:

*  Add a tag to SVN
*  Package up a tar.gz snapshot of the source code.
*  Build tar.gz of a binary install for each of the tinderbox machines.

*  Upload these things to sourceforge.


As soon as we get this done, I'll bump the rls to 1.8-WIP and start
merging my xorp.ct patches upstream (unless there are objections, of course).
