[Xorp-hackers] compiling with SNMP support

Hello all,

I am trying to configure xorp version 1.6 with snmp support by using --with-snmp option at configure. Prior to that netsnmp v5.0.9(patched) is installed in Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server (release 5). Again snmpd -H command indicates dlmod support is available; still facing these configuration errors and warnings:

1. configure: error: XORP MIBs will not be built
2. configure: error: ./configure failed for mibs

The warning messages:

1. configure: WARNING: net-snmp version has broken inlining defines
2. configure: WARNING: net-snmp version returns ASN_IPADDRESS in host order
3. checking for net-snmp/library/container.h... no
configure: WARNING: File does not appear usable

How can I solve these issues?

Thanks,
Soumya Ranjan
