I hate the exception handling in xorp. My suggestion is to find the code that throws
that exception, and turn it into an assert instead. That way, you get a core file and
a backtrace from gdb so you can see where the bug is triggered.
A patch that added proper error handling and removed the exception
entirely would be welcome!
