[Xorp-hackers] Fix a typo in man page xorpsh.1

Thank you for you quick analisys of my proposed fix for compiling xorp
on g++ v4.6. I have incorporated most of you changes on the fix for
the Debian package.
There is a small typo in the manage of xorpsh, that is fixed on the
Debian package but on git. I should have sent this patch long time ago.
Could you please apply the following patch?
