Dear Ben, Matthew, All,

I have no idea of what the intentions are among the ECODE partners about
that but I wondered the same thing when I started to build the wiki.

I'll ask around at my university because I'm just a guy at the bottom of
the food chain when it comes to take decision about ECODE ;-).
