Probably..please clone the latest git tree, then read xorp/BUILD_NOTES.  Not everything in
there is up to date, but I was able to cross-compile to ARM and documented that relatively
recently.

If you find problems, let us know..send patches if you can (in git format-patch format, preferably)

Several, scons should warn if you are missing needed libraries.  Please read it's output
closely at least the first time.
