[Xorp-hackers] XORP support for powerpc

Use the latest code in git, and use a proper cross-compiler and it should work.

If it does not, post a link of the compile error, the exact commands you ran
to compile xorp, and a link to your full cross-compile chain and associated
libraries and I will see if I can reproduce and fix the problem.
