[Xorp-hackers] XORP support for powerpc

You need to post full instructions for reproducing this, including exactly
how to get and install the compile chain you are using if you want someone
to do serious work to fix this.

In case you are not already using it, please use the xorp source from git,
not the packaged tarballs.
