[Xorp-mirrors] HEADS UP: postings from non-subscriber email addresses are rejected

Previously, all postings from non-subscriber email addresses were
queued for approval by the mailing list administrator.

Now such postings are automatically rejected and the following
error message is sent back to the sender:

    Only list members are allowed to post.

If you receive such error message, please resend your email from the
email address that you used to subscribe to the mailing list.
