[Xorp-mirrors] XORP Upcoming 1.5-RC Release Candidate

I got the same problem.  Oddly, the file was there in the 1.4 release,
and doesn't seem to have caused an issue then.  Presumably there was
some relevant change in the rsync setup so filenames with < or > in
them don't work anymore.
