Dealt with. IPFW2 is not source code compatible with IPFW2. Up until now
we've specifically been targetting IPFW, and not IPFW2.

Action has been taken: an additional test for IPFW2 has been added in CVS,
and the IPFW test has been modified to fail for IPFW2, so IPFW and IPFW2
should be treated as separate providers; IPFW2 is unsupported at this time,
but compilation errors should now be fixed.

Thanks to Pavlin for fixing some other issues from yesterday morning's code.
