There is code in XORP that in theory should work for Linux IPv6
based on the assumption that the Linux IPv6 multicast forwarding API
is same as KAME's BSD API (http://www.kame.net/).

FYI, there is already IPv6 multicast forwarding patch for the Linux
kernel (http://clarinet.u-strasbg.fr/~hoerdt/linux_ipv6_mforwarding/)
which has been merged already with the Usagi code
(http://www.linux-ipv6.org/).
Unfortunately, I haven't tried it yet.
