DVTS (http://www.sfc.wide.ad.jp/DVTS) supports Linux/BSD/MacOSX/WinXP.
The latest Linux/BSD version (aka dvts-1.0e) needs above patch to
enable SSM. (I expect WIDE will release the new SSM-capable version
within a short period.)
Regarding XP's DVTS, the latest version already supports SSM, I heard.
