That information is wrong, sorry. When no RP is there I just get a lot
of messages about that. When there _is_ a RP, but not the right one (I
get "stop" messages), the described problem appears. In my case the RP
is far away and should not be used by me anyway. In the case of this
other university with a 224.0.0.0/4 RP the problem reappeared with the
same results.
