What XORP version are you using?
If it is older than XORP-1.2, please try 1.2 (or the lastest code
from CVS) and see whether you still have the problem.
If you still have the problem with XORP-1.2, can you send the output
of running ./configure and the content of your config.log file.
It looks like that HAVE_IPV4_MULTICAST_ROUTING (auto-detected when
running ./configure) is not defined in your config.h so for some
reason ./configure has failed to detect that your system supports
IPv4 multicast routing.
