[Xorp-users] Cand-RP is ignored

I updated and now packets are sent:

        Candidate RP Advertisement prefix-cnt=1 prio=0 holdtime=2m30s RP=137.226.119.114 Group0=239.254.16.0/24

They are ignored, though.
