[Xorp-users] xorp_rtrmgr won't start without interface connection

Hi,

I'm new user of XORP. I've already setup XORP 1.4 in my box with two (2) 
interface card. Actually, i've run the application with the example of 
config.boot. I'm tried to disconnect one of interface card from switch 
then start to run the xorp_rtrmgr but it won't run if one of my card 
have no carrier.

Can I ask what's an explanation why it won't run without connection in 
any of interface card?
