[Xorp-users] Missing OSPF neighbours

Hi Atanu,

Thank you so much for your reply. I tried removing the static routes and restarted the xorp_rtrmgr processes in both the PCs. But there is no adjacency yet. Also, I am connecting two PCs through a cross-cable, ethernet to ethernet direct.

dinesh at linux-xorp> show ospf4 neighbor
Address Interface State ID Pri Dead
dinesh at linux-xorp>

But in one of the PC, I am getting the following error while starting xorp_rtrmgr process, which I did not notice it before.

[ 2007/12/27 12:02:34 ERROR xorp_fea:18805 LIBCOMM +114 comm_sock.c comm_sock_open ] Error opening socket (domain = 10, type = 2, protocol = 0): Address family not supported by protocol
[ 2007/12/27 12:02:34 ERROR xorp_fea:18805 LIBCOMM +114 comm_sock.c comm_sock_open ] Error opening socket (domain = 10, type = 2, protocol = 0): Address family not supported by protocol

Is this error related to forming adjacency between the PCs ?

Thanks,
Dinesh
