[Xorp-users] Xorp now available in Debian [installer at ftp-master.debian.org: xorp_1.5~cvs.20070824-1_i386.changes ACCEPTED]

As you can see from the mail below, the Xorp packages have now been
introduced into Debian. Soon http://packages.debian.org/xorp will
present all the information about the package as well as access to the
binaries built for all the different architectures supported by Debian
(i386, sparc, arm, mips, ia64...). Supposing the binaries build fine in all
other architectures that is.

The version packed is the CVS copy of August 24th (future 1.5) with some
patches some of which are Debian-specific (init.d file for example) some of
which are not (manpages for the programs and simple configuration files, for
example). All the patches have been sent to Xorp's bugzilla database and some
are even fixed already in CVS.
