[Xorp-users] can i use zebra/quagga and XORP together

Yes.
However, when configuring the XORP interfaces, you should use the
"default-system-config" statement rather than explicitly configuring
the interfaces.
Though, if you change any of the Quagga interfaces configuration on
the fly, XORP won't pick-up the change. This is a bug in XORP that
should be fixed for the next release.
Also, make sure that fib2mrib is enabled in the XORP configuration.
Finally, don't enable any unicast routing in XORP, otherwise the
result is unpredictable (mrib-route static routes are OK).
