EGP (the protocol) is considered obsolete, and probably the set of
people who know about it will know the difference :)
Anyway, I just added a footnote to clarify that.

Technically, I think you are correct about the 4 byte ID.
My preference for the smallest vs lowest would be to say
"the numerically smallest IP address".
In any case I will leave the OSPF editing to the OSPF folks.
