I cannot find the document I found it in. I assume I was accidentally
looking in an old document, as I cannot find the statement in any of
the 1.4 docs now.

I had read the docs enough to work out that, but thankyou anyway.
I can't seem to find any simple tools to generate IGMP V3 messages so
I can test SSM properly. I will probably just have to write my own.
